What payment methods does YovoTrip accept?

YovoTrip accepts all major payment methods through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay. This includes credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), debit cards, net banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and popular wallets. EMI options are available on select cards.

Is my payment information safe on YovoTrip?

Absolutely. YovoTrip uses Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, bank-grade infrastructure.

My payment failed but money was deducted. What should I do?

If your payment was deducted but the booking wasn't confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days. If you don't see the refund after 7 business days, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll escalate it with the payment gateway.

Can I pay in instalments or EMI?

Yes, EMI options are available on select credit cards during checkout. The available EMI plans and processing fees (if any) are displayed when you select the EMI payment option. No-cost EMI may be available on certain promotions.

Will I be charged in INR for international hotel bookings?

Yes. All payments on YovoTrip are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international hotels, the price is converted to INR at the prevailing exchange rate and displayed to you before payment. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount charged.

How do coupons and offers work?

You can apply a coupon code on the checkout page in the "Apply Coupon" section. Only one coupon can be applied per booking — coupon stacking is not allowed. Coupon discounts are applied to the base fare/room rate and terms & conditions of each coupon (minimum booking value, validity dates, applicable routes/hotels) are displayed before application.
