How do I cancel my flight booking?

Log in to your YovoTrip account, go to "My Bookings", select the flight you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking". Review the cancellation charges (if any) and confirm. You can also cancel by contacting our support team via chat or email.

How do I cancel my hotel booking?

Log in to your YovoTrip account, go to "My Bookings", select the hotel booking you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking". The applicable cancellation charges depend on the hotel's cancellation policy and are displayed before you confirm. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of cancellation from our end. The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method:

  • UPI: 1–3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days
  • Wallet: 1–2 business days

How can I check my refund status?

You can check your refund status anytime by visiting "My Bookings" in your YovoTrip account, selecting the cancelled booking, and viewing the refund details. Alternatively, use our chat widget and select "Check Refund Status" — our automated system will look up your refund in real time using your booking ID. You can also email us at support@yovotrip.com with your booking ID.

What are the cancellation charges?

Cancellation charges depend on the airline (for flights) or hotel policy (for hotels), the fare type/room type you booked, and how close to the travel date you are cancelling. The exact charges are shown before you confirm the cancellation. YovoTrip does not charge any additional cancellation fee beyond what the airline or hotel charges.

Can I get a full refund if my flight is cancelled by the airline?

Yes. If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket amount. YovoTrip will automatically initiate the refund process. You can also choose to rebook on an alternative flight. We'll notify you via email and SMS if your flight is cancelled by the airline.
