How do I search and book a flight on YovoTrip?

Go to the YovoTrip homepage, select "Flights", enter your departure city, destination, travel dates, number of passengers, and cabin class. Click "Search Flights" to see available options. Choose your preferred flight, review the fare details, enter traveller information, and proceed to payment. You'll receive a booking confirmation via email, SMS, and WhatsApp once payment is successful.

What types of fares are available on YovoTrip?

YovoTrip offers multiple fare types depending on the airline and route. These typically include Economy Saver (most affordable, limited changes), Economy Flex (changeable with fewer restrictions), Premium Economy, and Business Class. Each fare type has different baggage allowances, cancellation policies, and change fees. The exact fare rules are displayed on the booking page before you pay.

Can I book a multi-city or round-trip flight?

Yes. On the flight search page, select "Round Trip" for return flights or "Multi-City" to add multiple legs to your journey. For multi-city bookings, you can add up to 4 flight segments in a single booking.

How do I add extra baggage or meals to my flight?

During the booking process, after entering traveller details, you'll see an "Add-ons" section where you can select additional baggage, meals, seat selection, and other ancillary services. Availability and pricing depend on the airline.

What documents do I need to carry for a domestic flight?

For domestic flights within India, you need a valid government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID. For passengers under 18, a school ID or birth certificate is acceptable when travelling with an adult. Always carry a printed or digital copy of your e-ticket.

What documents do I need for an international flight?

For international flights, you need a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from your travel date), a valid visa for your destination country (if applicable), your e-ticket, and any required health/vaccination certificates. Some countries also require travel insurance. Check your destination's entry requirements before travelling.

What is the convenience fee charged by YovoTrip?

YovoTrip charges a small convenience fee on flight bookings to cover platform and payment processing costs. This fee is transparently displayed during checkout before you make the payment. The convenience fee is inclusive of applicable GST.

Can I book a flight for someone else?

Yes. You can book flights for other travellers. Simply enter their details (name, date of birth, ID details) in the traveller information section during booking. Ensure the name matches their government-issued ID exactly.
