How do I search and book a hotel on YovoTrip?

Go to the YovoTrip homepage, select "Hotels", enter your destination city, check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms, and number of guests. Click "Search Hotels" to see available properties. Use filters to narrow down by star rating, price range, amenities, and locality. Select your preferred hotel and room type, review the pricing, and proceed to payment.

What is YovoTrip's hotel cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type. Some rooms are "Free Cancellation" (usually up to 24–48 hours before check-in), while others may be "Non-Refundable" at a lower price. The exact cancellation terms and any applicable charges are clearly mentioned on the room selection page and in your booking confirmation email.

Can I modify my hotel booking dates?

Date modifications depend on the hotel's policy and room type. For flexible bookings, you can request a date change from your "My Bookings" section or by contacting our support team. Non-refundable bookings generally cannot be modified. Any price difference for the new dates will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Are the hotel prices on YovoTrip inclusive of taxes?

Yes. The final price displayed at checkout is inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST, municipal taxes, service charges). There are no hidden charges. Some hotels may collect a separate security deposit at the property, which will be mentioned in the booking details.

How do I know if my hotel booking is confirmed?

Once your payment is successful, you will receive a booking confirmation via email, SMS, and WhatsApp within a few minutes. The confirmation includes your booking ID, hotel address, check-in/check-out times, and a link to view or download your voucher. If you don't receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact our support team.

What amenities information is available for hotels?

Each hotel listing on YovoTrip displays detailed amenity information including Wi-Fi availability, parking, swimming pool, restaurant, gym, room service, air conditioning, and more. You can also view guest reviews and ratings to help make your decision.
