How do I create a YovoTrip account?
You can sign up on YovoTrip using your email address or mobile number. Visit the YovoTrip website or app, click "Sign Up", enter your details, and verify via OTP. You can also sign up using your Google account for faster registration.
How do I update my profile details?
Log in to your YovoTrip account, go to "My Profile", and click "Edit". You can update your name, email, phone number, date of birth, and saved traveller details. Note that name changes may require identity verification.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password", enter your registered email or mobile number, and we'll send you a password reset link or OTP. Follow the instructions to set a new password.
How do I add or manage saved travellers?
Go to "My Profile" > "Saved Travellers". You can add frequently travelling companions with their name, date of birth, gender, and ID details. This speeds up future bookings as you can quickly select saved travellers instead of entering details manually each time.
